TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your business relationship with Furnihard ("Company", "we", "us") for the purchase of furniture hardware products and related services.

By placing an order or engaging our services, you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with any transaction.

Quotations: All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs and exchange rates.

Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed upon receipt of signed purchase order and deposit payment. Production begins only after deposit clearance.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Standard MOQ applies per product category. Custom orders may require higher MOQs.

Deposit: 30% deposit required upon order confirmation.

Balance: 70% balance payable before shipment or against copy of Bill of Lading (B/L).

Payment Methods: T/T (Wire Transfer), L/C at sight. Other methods subject to approval.

Late Payment: Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment is not received as agreed.

Lead Time: Standard production time is 25-35 days after deposit confirmation. Custom orders may require longer lead times.

Shipping: FOB Shantou/Guangzhou unless otherwise agreed. Shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the Client unless specified.

Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, raw material shortages, or shipping carrier issues beyond our control.

Quality Control: All products undergo batch testing including salt spray, cycle life, and load testing. SGS reports available upon request.

Warranty Period: 3 years from date of shipment under normal use conditions.

Warranty Coverage: Defects in materials or workmanship. Does not cover improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Claims: Defect claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. Approved claims will be resolved by replacement or credit in next order.

Samples: Available within 2-5 working days. Sample fees and shipping costs are payable by Client and may be refunded upon confirmed bulk order.

Custom Products: Logo printing, custom packaging, and size adjustments supported. Custom tooling fees may apply and are non-refundable.

Approval: Client must approve samples before mass production. No changes accepted after production begins.

Client retains ownership of provided logos, designs, and branding. We will not reproduce custom products for third parties without written permission.

All product designs, technical drawings, and manufacturing processes remain the intellectual property of Furnihard unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our total liability for any claim arising from product defects or service failures shall not exceed the total value of the specific order in question.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of profits, business interruption, or damage to reputation.

Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before production begins with written notice. Deposit refunds subject to 20% administrative fee.

Returns: Standard products may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs borne by Client. Custom products are non-returnable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in Shenzhen.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and apply to orders placed after the update date.

Continued engagement with our services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
