Production process and shipping times

 We work fast. With the increasing number of customers approaching us, we have no other option but to prioritize speed. Let’s look at the whole process of manufacturing and shipping:

STEP 1
Inspection of raw materials

Once the raw material arrives at the factory, we also carefully check that it meets our requirements to ensure that the material quality and thickness is correct before we can officially start production.

STEP 2
Accessories stamping

A cabinet hinge has between 10 and 18 parts, all of which are stamped in our own factory, except for the screws, so that the quality of the combined hinge can be guaranteed.

STEP 3
Electroplating

After assembly, the hinges are tested in our own factory for closure and salt spray to ensure that the finished product meets the customer’s quality requirements.

STEP 4
Automated assembly

We use automated assembly for both the normal hinges and the hot model hydraulic hinges, except for some complex hinges and special hinges which are assembled manually. The quality is more consistent and the delivery time is faster

STEP 5
Package

Once the quality has been checked, our workers will bag or box the product according to the customer’s requirements.

STEP 6
Loading and shipment

Finally, the workers will then carefully transport the whole container or bulk goods to the customer in no time.
